DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

    Upon receiving your report, our team will evaluate the issue and, if deemed valid, approve the return. We will then send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back.

    For all approved returns, Charmed Tips will cover the return shipping costs. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to ensure a hassle-free return process.

 

  1. Product Inspection:  
    Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it. If the product is indeed damaged or defective, we will process your return as per the options below.

    You can choose one of the following options for damaged or defective products:
